1. All the machines and equipment sold by our company will be guaranteed free of charge for 12 months from the date of acceptance and acceptance (the fragile parts will be executed according to the agreement between the two parties). We will provide professional technical support for life.
2. Open the after-sales hotline 24 hours a day, and promise to respond within 2 hours after receiving the call for repair, and provide professional advice. If need to be repaired on site, it will be on site within 24 hours.
3. After the expiration of the warranty period, our company will provide maintenance services and technical support according to the actual situation.
4. Failure or damage to machines (including components) that fall under the following circumstances are not included in the warranty.
A. The manufacturer of this product provides warranty service which is not provided by our company. For specific warranty commitments, please see the attached product warranty certificate.
B. The whole machine and parts have exceeded the warranty period.
C. Machine failure or damage caused by installation, repair, alteration or disassembly by personnel not authorized by our company.
D. Faults caused by unexpected or man-made factors include: operating errors, scratches, handling, moving, knocking, and other causes of machine failure or damage.
